The Roadmap
A simple belief is formed: football should belong to its fans again. A new model begins to take shape.
The manifesto is published. Early supporters join. The first version of the community is formed. You are here right now.
The first 1,000–5,000 members join. A clear identity begins forming. Community structure and principles are defined.
The community defines the name, colours, badge, and fan identity. The movement becomes something people can belong to.
A subscription model launches for founding members. Access, voting rights, and exclusive content are introduced.
Structured voting systems are introduced for non-critical decisions such as branding, content, and community initiatives.
Meetups, watch parties, and global gatherings begin. The movement expands beyond the internet into real life.
Legal structure, advisory board, and operational team are established. Financial systems and long-term funding strategy are formalised.
A target club is identified or a new club application begins. Negotiations, due diligence, and football registration planning starts.
The club officially competes in league / non-league football. The journey from community to competitive institution begins.
